Return & Refund Policy

At A Crafty Nani, each item is handmade and many are custom-created. While refunds are not offered, our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase, and every reasonable attempt will be made to rectify any issue.

Digital Mockups & Design Approval

For custom orders, digital mockups may be provided for customer approval prior to production. These mockups are digital representations only and are intended to show design layout, placement, and overall concept.

Please note:

    •    Colors may appear differently on screens versus printed or finished products

    •    Size, placement, and final appearance may vary slightly due to production methods

    •    Approved mockups indicate acceptance of the design as shown

Once a digital mockup is approved, production will begin and changes may not be accepted.

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of personalized items, all custom and personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

This includes, but is not limited to:

    •    Items with names, numbers, or custom text

    •    Made-to-order designs

    •    Custom color or size selections

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting their order. A Crafty Nani is not responsible for errors provided by the customer, including spelling or sizing.

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom, ready-made items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

    •    The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed

    •    The item is returned in original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    •    Your order number

    •    Clear photos of the issue

While refunds are not provided, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted.
